Deadlines

• May 19, 2023 (Fri.) : Early-bird registration deadline for all participants (with or without a presentation)
• June 9, 2023 (Fri.) : Standard registration deadline for presenting participants.
  Please ensure that the presenting author has paid the registration fee by this date at the latest, otherwise their contribution will be removed from the program.
• July 31, 2023 (Mon.) : Online registration will close.
  After July 31, only on-site registration will be available.

Registration Fees

• The Early-bird registration deadline is May 19th 2023, 23:59, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9).
• The Standard registration deadline (for presenters) is June 9th 2023, 23:59, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9).

• All payments must be in Japanese Yen (JPY).
• Please pay by credit card.
• The receipt for the registration fee is available from "my page".
• Registration can only be confirmed after all registration fees have been paid.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations by May 19, 2023 : Full refund, minus a 10,000JPY cancellation fee.
• Cancellations on and after May 20, 2023 : No refund.
• There will be no refund possible in case of no-show or early-departure.
• All refunds will be processed after the end of the conference.

ISMC2023 organizing committee will host the 7th International Soft Matter Conference (ISMC2023). Delegates from all over the world are expected, providing an excellent opportunity for delegates to share and discuss their work. • Conference Registrations
• Application to the congress related events

In addition, your personal data may be converted into anonymized statistical or aggregated data which cannot be used to identify you and then used to produce statistical research and reports. This aggregated data may be shared and used in the ways described above.

ISMC2023 organizing committee processes your personal data in its interest as well as your interest, so ISMC2023 organizing committee provides and you receive the congress related supplies that you have requested and other related materials specified in the above.

3. Retention periods
We keep your personal data as long as there is a statutory or legal requirement to do so or in order to provide the aforementioned services to you. For accounting or auditing purposes we may retain your personal data for a period of time after our direct business dealings have ended.
