Please note that daily lunches will be provided to all registered participants (including accompanying persons), at no additional cost, but they must be reserved in advance.
Therefore, in an effort to minimize food waste, we kindly ask that you edit your registration information to indicate on which days (if any) you will require lunch.
To submit your lunch preferences, please log in to the conference registration page (the ID and password are unchanged) and go to the "Edit registration" section.
From there, please select whether lunch is "necessary" or "unnecessary" for each of the conference days.
Additionally, if you would prefer a vegetarian menu, please select the "Vegetarian" option.
The lunch reservation can be modified until July 31st.
